Owners Portal Terms and Conditions
1. Account Access
1.1 You must be a registered owner at Aberdunant Hall Holiday Park to access and use the Owners Portal.
1.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone else. You are solely responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.
2. Portal Features
2.1 Gas Bottle Deliveries: You can view information related to gas bottle deliveries through the Owners Portal. Any discrepancies or issues should be reported promptly to our customer support.
2.2 Electric Readings: We provide electric consumption readings through the portal. It is your responsibility to verify and report any discrepancies in readings.
2.3 Insurance Certificates: You may upload and maintain your valid insurance certificates through the Owners Portal. It is your obligation to ensure that your insurance certificate is always up-to-date.
2.4 Sublet Licence: You have the option to apply for a Sublet Licence through the portal. All applications are subject to our approval and the terms and conditions of the Sublet Licence agreement.
2.5 Job Creation: You can create job requests for us to action. Some of these jobs may be billable, and you will be notified of any associated costs before the job is carried out.
2.6 Aftersales services: We provide aftersales services to address any issues or concerns you may have regarding your ownership. Please contact our aftersales department for assistance via the portal.
3. Account Security
3.1 You agree to take all necessary precautions to keep your account secure. In case of any unauthorized access or suspected security breach, please notify us immediately.
3.2 We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain its security.
4. General
4.1 We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Owners Portal, or any part of it, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
4.2 These Terms may be updated from time to time, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically. Continued use of the Owners Portal after changes to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
4.3 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
